I enrolled as a NAADAC member and was never able to obtain my membership certificate. I used the online request feature many times to no avail. I sent several emails for a certificate and then to have my complaint addressed. I was unable to get any response. Each time I have complained through other avenues all I get is junk mail trying to sell me more crap.
This letter is in response to the complaint we received today. The complaint ID is ***. In this complaint the customer, *** who complained about not receiving a membership certificate.
In researching this item I have seen that *** has been sent a membership certificate and a refund is also in progress. Membership in NAADAC gives our professional members access to purchase insurance at a discounted rate, discounted rates on trainings and education, access to free webinars and CEs along with other benefits. A membership certificate is not a benefit of membership, and is not an item we have sent out as pan of our membership packet until the last couple of months.
