containersThe town has advised us to leave the grass clippings when they are too heavy to safely liftUntil he decides to follow the town rules, we will continue to leave his grass clippingsThank you

I am rejecting this response because:The mentioned toter was purchased in reposonse to other smaller containers being ignored priorIt has since been used on very few occasions only and smaller containers and bags have been used instead for some time now as advised by the company and the townThe complaint was that these had also been ignoredHowever, the company did collect the grass in smaller containers for the past two weeks and I consider the problem solved if the service continues without further interruptions
