[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response of Mr.Stanley O [redacted] of Naana International Foods is a blatant lie based on the following:1.MrO [redacted] did not at any point of my compliant while in the store assist any customer and there was no customer in the store.For verification purposes,the store video recorder will attest to this fact.2.I did not leave the store with any items I brought in, I left the items on the counter.The Store has only one check- out counter, if MrO [redacted] was assisting a customer, he could have seen the products there.3.Naana International Foods is a disgrace to the Community and treats customers with disdain Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear [redacted],Thanks for chance to resolve this issue.On May 5th when the customer came to the store I was
the  manager on duty at the  time.I listen to the customer and told him I am assisting another
customer at the time that he should give me a few munites and I will assist
with...

resolving the issue. All he ask for an exchange of the item the two items.
I ask him for his receipt he gave it to me at that  point I gave back his receipt and told him I
will exchange the items as soon as I am done assisting the client I was with
when he ask for the manager. He told me he can’t wait he spoke angrily when was
done with the customer  in just a little
over five munites.I then asked for  [redacted]  and I was told he left left the store with
his items .I still will like for  [redacted] to to come to the store for me to resolve this misunderstanding.We have been I business for ten year and have a business
practice to treat our customers and vedors with respect. I still will like [redacted] to come to the store for me to resolve the misunderstanding and maintain our
good relationship. I  also will like to
take this opportunity to apologize to my customer  for the misunderstaning, upon receiving the
complaint I have tried to contact the customer and left messages for him to
