When quoting prices over the phone we are trained to always quote "prices starting at,..." so in this case we would have said "price starting at $100"*** did not mention the upcharge price because the customer was quoted a price for partial highlights which is what the customer has come into our
salon for the last visits for and each time she was charged $for that serviceThis time around though she wanted something different, a balayageI did follwith the guest once I heard there was an issue here and offered for her to come back in to fix her hair that she said was not goodShe refused to come in because it was too difficult with her kids, which I can understand having three kids of my ownit is what is necessary though to fix the situation at handI offered to have our Artist Director consult with her about her hairI also offered to give her a complimentary manicure, pedicure, massage, or facial just for her troublesShe never called back about thisIt sounds like this guest would like their $back so we are happy to do that for themThat said, we would also like to fix their hair if it is not goodWe would do that complimentary, but need to work out details here.How do we go about refunding this guest's card? Will you (Revdex.com) give us their card info so we can give them a refund? or maybe an address where we can mail them a check perhaps?Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: First of all I DID NOT WANT A BALAYAGEI've never even heard of it before, but I was told by *** that was all be knew how to do Apparently there was an extra charge for this service I did not want bcs the stylist was too incompetent to perform regular highlightsThis was the main problem I hadIf you're quoting me a price of $for highlights, BUT THE STYLIST DOES NOT OFFER A SERVICE AT THAT PRICE, then that is a scam I just wanted the plain foils that I always getMy hair turned out dark brown and ashy - I had come in asking for golden highlights...The service ended up costing the same amount I would usually pay for highlights and a haircut, but *** took over hours to finish his "balayage" so I didn't have time to get a haircut! I sent a picture to the salon as requested with no response? I did get a call from the manager stating that a complementary service would be added to my chart, and that I could come anytime to use itI was never told there was follow up needed on my part except for the photograph of my hair which I providedFurthermore, I was never told about anything that had to do with a color director looking at my hairI would have been interested in that bcs now that the nasty ash brown has faded my hair looks even more TERRIBLEI wear a hat most daysThe first picture was or days after my service the second is from Oct you can't even see any sign of lighter hairI am open to a redo but I do not have 4+ hours...it usually does not take that long
