I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I really would be more comfortable with another roofing company, since Mr***'s workers feel the same he does about me as conveyed by Mr***Which means if I did have a need of repair, it would be done with much hatred and disdainWhich also means that he may not be done accuratelyThank you for making the effort to make things right.

Sorry to inform anyone involved, this is a no issue complaint. The roof was installed to code and certified by the an engineer and the Texas Department of Insurance. The gutters are inferior and installed incorrectly at this residence. Although we had problems pleasing Mrs***
during construction, we did everything possible for our customer. However, we are not responsible for her gutter issues. Thank you for contacting us if we can provide any documents or other evidence of a warranted roof by Berryman. Comments by *** ***Berryman Roofing Inc.** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because the words used and conveyed can not be undone or unsaid. The pain that I was unduly exposed to is not that easy to forget or pretend that it didn't happen. I am still hurt and even though they have tried to make contact with me, he made it clear he never wanted anything to do with me and to make no contact with them ever again. Which sounded like a threat, therefore I am protecting myself from any additional harm. I do need to know if the warranty that I have with the company will be transferred to another company.  Please provide me with that information so I may make contact with them in the future. Thank you.

[redacted] I did not receive a WPI-2 form  for the pump house so it could be WPI-8 windstorm certificate. My gutter were working find till berryman roofing put a new roof on with no overhand to reach the gutters . So  the house got flooded on may 16th 2016 . Which your company should pay the deductibles of 2.500.00.Also as to this being certified by an engineer please send Don or Donald Woods engineer license number . I could not find any engineer license with the dep. of Tx, engineers for a Don or Donald Woods and he was the only one to come out an inspect roof.

I totally understand  how you feel.  As far as your warranty goes you have a 5 year warranty with us.  within that time you have a problem call [redacted] at the office and I will make sure it gets taken care of as I am your contact person.   If someone else does anything to the roof within them 5 years the warranty that you have is voided with [redacted].   If you should sell the house the warranty will transfer to the new owners of the house.

[redacted] I paid Berryman $330.00 for my roof to be inspected from an engineer The engineer they send over was [redacted] he was the only person who came over to inspect the roof stating he was an engineer. The Inspection  Verification Form WPI-2-BC-5 was signed by Robert Stone Hansen stating he personally as the engineer of record or an employee UNDER  HIS Direct supervision inspected the roof. [redacted] has never set foot on my property. So [redacted] must the engineer, but their is no PE license for a [redacted].  Berryman owes me the $330.00 I paid for a engineer unless they can give me a PE license number for [redacted].  I paid them for a engineer.

We do apologize for the time that it took to get this windstorm for Ms Storm they are a little slow.   We have tried for months to get this taken care of.   Mr [redacted] has tried to apologize for his words to our customer but cant reach her.  Our Customer deserves...

an apology for the email with hards words.  Mr [redacted] has been under a great deal of personal  pressures and has taken a leave from customers relations.  Ms [redacted] file has been reassigned to my self [redacted]. I will also forward Ms [redacted] Wpi 2 to her email
