Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I did not receive a WPI-form for the pump house so it could be WPI-windstorm certificateMy gutter were working find till berryman roofing put a new roof on with no overhand to reach the gutters So the house got flooded on may 16th Which your company should pay the deductibles of 2.500.00.Also as to this being certified by an engineer please send Don or Donald Woods engineer license number I could not find any engineer license with the depof Tx, engineers for a Don or Donald Woods and he was the only one to come out an inspect roof
