This possibly the worst service I have ever had with any companyI have purchased two Nabi's the first one never worked and I had to send it back twiceTwo months later I got one that workedMy son enjoyed it when it workedA month ago I purchased another one and it didnt workI called we trouble shot it and no successI had to wait for an hour to get someone and he couldnt figure out anythingHe told me Ill send you an email with shipping labels to return both of themAfter weeks of no response to emailI call back waited another hour or so to speak to someone who stated I couldnt return the itemThat noone in that company had authority to return anythingThat there was no other numberThat noone could do nothing for meThat they were short in staff and that noone could help meShe couldnt give me a number someone to talk to nothingI cant believe the horrible service I have recieved with them

This possibly the worst service I have ever had with any company. I have purchased two Nabi's the first one never worked and I had to send it back twice. Two months later I got one that worked. My son enjoyed it when it worked. A month ago I purchased another one and it didnt work. I called we trouble shot it and no success. I had to wait for an hour to get someone and he couldnt figure out anything. He told me Ill send you an email with shipping labels to return both of them. After 3 weeks of no response to email. I call back waited another hour or so to speak to someone who stated I couldnt return the item. That noone in that company had authority to return anything. That there was no other number. That noone could do nothing for me. That they were short in staff and that noone could help me. She couldnt give me a number someone to talk to nothing. I cant believe the horrible service I have recieved with them.
