N.A.C.A. Reviews (1)
About a year ago, I signed up to be a member with NACA in order to receive first-time home buyer consulting assistance. Because I did not appreciate the attitude that I received with the first "consultant" I met with, I asked to be reassigned to another. The second "consultant" was unresponsive and as such I ended the relationship asking- in writing- to be removed from their systems and to not be contacted in the future.
Beginning about 2 weeks ago, I started receiving phone calls and voicemails from NACA advising that they had scheduled an a mortgage meeting with me without my consent. I answered two of the calls and restated my request to not be contacted further and to be removed from their systems. Then, I received an email from a NACA employee stating that they were unable to get in contact with me for the meeting they scheduled. I responded to the email advising that I have asked several times for NACA to stop contacting me and to remove me from their systems/database. I received no response, but I received yet another phone call from a NACA employee this morning. Again, I advised them to stop calling, emailing or any other form of communication to me.
At this point, I feel harassed, and I don't know how else I can get the message to them that I don't want to be contacted and that they should always honor the potential "customer's" request to cease communication.
