This customer originally had this engine installed June 6,2014 in June of 2016 a full two years after the original installation she had the vehicle towed in for inspection. This truck had been extremely overheated Jasper Engine is the warranty company it clearly states in there warrant overheating...
is not covered.I went to bat for this customer and because we are one of Jaspers largest customers they shipped me a replacement engine.The only part she was charged for where external parts that were completely melted.I talked the this customer before the parts arrived from Toyota she understood there would a charge for these parts.We have gone above and beyond for this customer she was not charged for the replacement engine or any labor whatsoever.Im sorry she feels she wasn't treated fairly but the fact is I saved her over $7000.00 that Jasper didn't have to cover.
