I just returned from my second Nada's Italy tour in Oct. Three years ago I went on Jewels of the Amalfi Coast and last month I went on Sole Terre. Just like my first tour this recent experience far exceeded my expectations. Truly a magical trip in all ways. I have had the good fortune to go on 4 of Nada's Italy tours! Before my first trip to Italy, I was hesitant to travel to Europe alone. I went with xxxxx on one of her tours to Tuscany and was hooked...not just on Italy but on her fantastic tours!!! Her love of Italy is contagious! What was the best part? It could have been the comfort of just traveling with 11 others (she limits tours to 12) or the great new friends I met on each trip or the excitement of seeing all the places you've heard about (like Pisa, Pompeii or the Colosseum) or the thrill of going to small villages that take you back in time (and you wonder how she found them!) or the wine tastings at beautiful vineyards and visits to cheese farms or a cooking classes in quaint restaurants. Or all of these!!! On Nada's tours, you not only see Italy but really feel and live Italy! Every detail is taken care of with thought and caring. Our charming and gifted teacher guided us through the ages in Italy, as we went from Rome through Florence to Venice. We stayed in classy little hotels that were convenient to the city life, ate the treats of Italy at wonderful little restaurants, and had "surprises" along the way. A special treat for us was the guides asking a priest in the Vatican to bless us on our 50th anniversary. Another was the special dinner arrangements she made for us.There was personal attention to each of the travelers, and we all want to take our next tour of Italy with her.
