The boat that was on *** list was not the one that they boughtWhen they came they saw that the interior was a different colorThe boat they bought also had different pontoons that were $more [ rpt ]We told them it came with a coast guard package that had a safety kit with all the safety
things you need to use the boat, No one makes a safety kit with life jacketsAt no time did we tell them it came with FendersThere was nothing wrong with the pontoons and they did drag at the boat launch the had us to deliver it toAnd they checked them over after we got by the hump at the boat launchThe trailer that delivered the boat was ours and there was no damage to our trailerWe pick up over pontoons for storage and have never had a complaint.We get dollars a foot to shrink a boat and $to winterize a *** strokeWe get $to pick up a boat, They are miles a way from our shopWhen we got back with there boat the went out back in our yard and washed their own pontoons and checked them over and never said a word about pontoon damageTwo weeks later when we finished there service we sent them a bill and they came in and said I told them I would wrap, winterize , and pick their boat up for $I told them I would take the pickup charge off but I would not pick their boat again,I never told them I would not work on it againThey bought a trailer and showed up on a Monday morning and demanded we load there boat on there trailer and we told them we needed to get it out of storage and we would do it laterThey got mad and called the state police by and when the state police got here we explained that it takes a while to move boats and get their boat outSo the police officer told them they had to come back laterThe police officer told them to check the boat over good and we offered to cut the shrink wrap open so they could look inside to make sure there was no damageThe police officer told them they should look in side but they refusedThey signed a contract saying there was no damageAs far as public records showing that the police have been called to this location No customers callWe have called for bad checksThese people lie about everything and we have the documents to prove them wrong
