I've called your store numerous times about my phone and the man at the front kept saying the tech is not inI called two weeks straight about getting my screen fixed from the mistake your employee has made in the first placeI have copies of my call logs and have called over timesYou can either give me my back for the phone plus the money to get it fixed by a REAL professional, or give me my and fix it free of chargeIt shouldn't take me calling for weeks on end wondering when your tech is in to get my screen fixed because when I was told I could come back to get it fixed I went back twice and called on numerous occasionsI never got a call back or heard anything else about how my phone will be getting fixed Regards, [redacted]
We fixed the cell phone for the customer and the customer checked the phone and paid for the repairIf the phone was not working in the first place why the customer picked up the phone and paid for itHow come the customer did not leave the phone at that time ? Once the cell phone is out of the store anything can happen to the phone , somebody can sit on the phone or the phone can fall down or somebody can hit the phone against the wall, and eventually damage the screenIn spite of all these scenarios I am willing to check the phone and try to work with the customerShe can leave the phone in the store and I will check the phone and get it fixed for her thank you
The primary policy of our store is customer satisfactionIf the customer was unhappy of the work she should have left the phone in the store for a recheckOur repair and the parts are guaranteedSometimes when the phone falls it can damage other parts of the phone but still we can look into this
matter for her satisfactionIf there is a problem with our work of the part is defective we will fix the phone free of chargeCan you please tell the customer to leave the phone in the store and we will fix the problemWe are very sorry if this has caused any inconvenience

that is very untrueI paid the money for the phone to be fixed in full the same day I dropped it offWhen I came to pick it up 3-weeks later, I noticed that the phone had a black space on it and showed it to your employeeHe then told me to come back Friday to get it fixed and I did thatWhen I arrived I was told that the technician was not thereI was given the same response week after week until I decided to contact the Revdex.comI am a college student and I am paying for a phone bill for a phone that does not workI haven't been able to get in contact for work and since I cannot get hours without a phone I may not be able to attend school this semester because I have a bill to payThis is and was very unprofessionalAnswer me this, why would I bring a phone Back to your establishment when you gave it back In worse conditions than when I gave it to you?
