The primary policy of our store is customer satisfaction. If the customer was unhappy of the work she should have left the phone in the store for a recheck. Our repair and the parts are guaranteed. Sometimes when the phone falls it can damage other parts of the phone but still we can look into this...

matter for her satisfaction. If there is a problem with our work of the part is defective we will fix the phone free of charge. Can you please tell the customer to leave the phone in the store and we will fix the problem. We are very sorry if this has caused any inconvenience.

I've called your store numerous times about my phone and the man at the front kept saying the tech is not in. I called two weeks straight about getting my screen fixed from the mistake your employee has made in the first place. I have copies of my call logs and have called over 10 times. You can either give me my 165 back for the phone plus the money to get it fixed by a REAL professional, or give me my 165 and fix it free of charge. It shouldn't take me calling for weeks on end wondering when your tech is in to get my screen fixed because when I was told I could come back to get it fixed I went back twice and called on numerous occasions. I never got a call back or heard anything else about how my phone will be getting fixed.
