I was contacted by a rep from this company in August of 2015 for unpaid credit card debt. I set up a payment plan with the representative that allowed for them to withdraw $100 per month from my account to satisfy the debt. This was supposed to occur on the 8th of every month until the debt was satisfied (almost 1700 in debt). they withdrew the money in August and September but have not taken anything for October or November. When I called to inquire why they had not taken the funds out, I was placed on hold and "disconnected" after ridiculously long hold times. Now I'm worried that the Credit Card company will accuse me of not paying according to the agreement and I'll get hit with legal action.
