don't buy anything from nadula scams
They are a fake company with terrible merchandise, then harass people by sending tons of emails & text daily. deceptive practices, putting them on blast on all Social medica platforms. They are nothing but liars & crooks! This company should not be allowed to do business anywhere. Contacted amazon to inform them of their shady practices.

Item not delivered
This is my honest review and my order # is N600463146, they claimed my item was delivered but I never received it. I contacted them and they claim Fedex is investigation. after 3 days, they replied saying Fedex had completed the investigation and the item was delivered to the address and they are ready to give me 30% discount on my next purchase. I immediately contact Fedex and they asked me for the tracking number so that they can investigate. now that I am requesting the tracking number I have not received a replied from them. these people are cheat, if not why is it difficult for them to provide the tracking number.

I purchased a wig from the side that was $177. Almost a week went by and I never got an update about the order being shipped out. So I contact them only to find out the one I wanted was out of stock it’s ridiculous that it took me reaching out for them to tell me that wig is no longer in stock. This website is a scam and I want my money back ASAP!

I have placed and order with Nadula on May 13th of this month and they received there money from my bank on May 18th.. I have sent many numerous emails about my order they have told me that the item for one was out of stock. Also they are suppose to shipped within 72hrs which have never received and email about that. Then they told me that the items will restock. After that they sent me and saying they don’t know when it will be back in stock. This is very bad customer service they never even offer me a refund or if I wanted another item. I am a first time customer to this company and I don’t really appreciate this at all. If they can be the company that they are and Hanks there businesses in a professional way that would be great. I will like to receive a full refund from this company Nadula.

On May 4th, 2020 I brought a wig from this company. A week later I sent an email to them letting them know that I have not received a confirmation email or a tracking number. Nadula hair then messaged me back and said that the product was no longer in stock and I should by a wig they had in stock. I let them know they can refund my money because I wanted what I paid for and did not intend to spend more money. Later that week, Nadula emailed me back saying that they could not refund my money because they already sent out the wig. 2 week have gone past and I have still not received my purchase. I call and email but are getting blank responses. I have called fedex to locate my package and Fedex has informed me that a shipping label was created on May 14th, 2020 but the package is still with the seller. So all of this time, Nadula has been lying to me saying that the package was in route. They still have my package and still have my money and I would like them to refund my money.

I returned the hair the way it came, I emailed them to let them know that I sent he hair off. I never gotten a response and but I kept emailing just to be on top of it. Mercer gotten an email until May 20 th wich would have been a month since me buying the hair. And now their saying the wig was damaged and can’t be resold so I can’t get a refund or an exchange. The wig was never used it’s too small why would I use a wig that’s smaller than my head. I wouldn’t at all so at this point, their not being helpful and plus I spent 202.10 on the wig I would like my money back not just 20.22 $ of it that’s not fair plus I had to pay for the shipping to send it back oh no I want my money. That’s not right you don’t do someone who just bought from you for the first time like that. That’s so wrong it makes me up set. I spent to much money on it for it not to fit and I can’t even get all of my money back or bigger wig. That’s not how you do business plus all of their reviews are fake they pay or give free items away so they can get good reviews. Isn’t that bad !?!?

So I recently ordered with this company about a month ago . Upon delivery my pacakage was lost by the carrier. I reached out not only to the company but to *** who was thought enough to re open the claim a second time. They told me to keep reaching out to the carrier , which I did but eventually they told me that they could not find the package and to contact Nadula for a refund and they also said it was weird for them to only put a dollar insurance on the package even though I spent over 200 dollars on my order . After 3 weeks of this problem going on I finally contacted nadula again they told me to wait ten days to hear something if not I would be refunded . Ten days has gone by and now they are not answering and they have a *** treat they text from that’s they keep sending the same message ( contact carrier)!

I have order twice from nadula. I paid $132 for both orders. The first order was placed on a Friday and was supposed to be at my house by Tuesday. It never came. When I called their number to see if there was anything they could do nadula customer service told me that my order had the wrong zip code. Which is not accurate and that I would have to put the same amount as my purchase on a gift card and pay them with that to get a refund and have my order express delivered. Ordered again on a Tuesday and the customer service person is telling me that I have to get another gift card for express order when I never asked for that. My order is still "processing" as of 11/13. My first order was made on 11/08 and was supposed to be delivered 11/12. Second order was made 11/12.

I recently purchased hair from this company which totaled out to be 216 dollars. The product was a Full Lace Wigs Body Wave Virgin Hair 180% Density Human Hair Lace Brazilian hair Customized Time 1-3 Days. I received an email and text saying that the hair was out of stock and they would have to send it from the warehouse in China. Once I received the hair I realized the lace was too dark for my skin complexion. So I was going to do an exchange then I realized the hair had red dye in it when the hair should have been pure black hair. So I asked for a return. They kept trying to force an Exchange and a cheaper exchange but I just wanted my money back. Once they understood I wasn’t changing my mind they asked for a video of the hair to see if it was damaged I sent videos and pictures. And dates which was the same morning at 6:15 am! Then on top of that they tried to make me

They received the hair on the 16th of October UPS ground. A few days has gone by and they texted me not email stating the hair was damaged. Which it was not I never used it I have proof stating that it wasn’t damaged. I just want my refund

I'm not able to receive the package during delivery hours. I first contacted them to have it changed from no signature required. That was not done although they said it would be. I then called to change the address to my work address, again that was not done. The closest DHL for me to pick up from is 1.5 hours away. I requested a refund and returned to sender. The company is telling me I first have to return the package. How can I returned something that I cannot receive. They're getting over on people.

On 5/27/2019 (Sunday) at 7:24 am I had received an email alert from my credit union notifying me about an authorization transaction occurring on my account in the amount of $ -154.70. I had awaken around 8:15 am for the day and checked my phone as always only to read my email in shock! Someone had not only stolen my info but due to insufficient funds it declined. But ran it a 2nd time and because I had courtesy pay it had allowed the transaction to occur. I called my card holder right away to see what occurred and was told "They could only block my card, I had to contact my credit union to stop the payment. Problem was that my credit union was closed (Sunday) that day and due to the holiday (Memorial day/ Monday) I had to wait until Tuesday to request a stop payment or something! I immediately called Nadula (my card holder gave me the number) while the transaction was still pending and told them that someone had stolen my checking account information to purchase hair with their company! The young lady I spoke to had provided me the first and last name of the person who placed the order as well as what city the young lady sent the order to by using the order number on my transaction receipt via email on my credit union email alert. I informed Nadula the order was fraudulent so stop the transaction! I even sent via text at her request a copy of my ID as well as many email exchanges with various persons trying to stop the pending transaction at Nadula! I was then assured the transaction wouldn't go through but now 8 days later my account sits in the negative and I got charged a $28.00 fee from my credit union for the courtesy pay. Nadula allowed someone to knowingly rip me off! Nadula allows criminals to place fraudulent orders! and Nadula DOESN'T CARE! Thanks a lot you crime syndicate.. Thank goodness the thief used pay pal to place the order with my debit card and they assured me my funds would be returned (eventually). Thanks for NOTHING Nadula!!!

I recently purchase some weave extensions from Nadula Hair Company on 02/08/2019. I had ordered 3 bundles their Kinky Curly Virgin Hair 3 Virgin Peruvian Straight Hair and a 13x4 Lace Frontal which the order total was $270.41. I signed up for USPS Text Tracking to tell me updates about the package. I received a tracking number for the package I never received. Which stated it departed USPS Origin Facility 02/02/2019 6;06pm it made it to PINE BLUFF 02/09/2019. The last text update had said Moved - left no Address. I call the USPS and talk to someone about it they gave me a Confirmation Code (CA141759106) that the package was sent back to Nadula Hair Company . I contacted Nadula Hair Co. and the reply was the package was lost. They didn't get in contact with me I had to reach out to them about my package they weren't concern at all. They were insensible and

I contacted Nadula Hair regarding an order that I placed for mother in November for a Christmas gift. My mother never had the hair extensions installed until Saturday, February 9, 2019. When I took it to my professional licensed cosmetologist to have parts of the hair dyed, she stated that she was unable to dye. She left the hair in the dye overnight to see if the hair would dye and it still did not dye after several attempts.

On Saturday, February 9, 2019 the hair was installed and it would not hold a curl either.

I contacted Nadula regarding the matter and they kept trying to discredit my cosmetologist as if she didn't know how to dye the hair. Then stated that the hair should curl and dye because it is 100% natural hair. I kept explaining to them that it was not 100% and that it has to be mixed with a synthetic blend.

They asked to see pictures and I sent them pictures and they kept saying the hair was good and just comb it with a wide tooth comb, etc.

I kept going back and forth with them explaining that it will NOT dye or curl.

After becoming frazzled, I spoke to the bank about retrieving y funds, because I wanted my money refund for the false advertisement and the product not being as described.

Naduala has contacted me several times asking me to cancel the issue and they wanted me to sen the product back at my expense and only get a refund between $5-$20.

I declined each offer, because I deserved my money back due to false advertisement and the product was incorrect.

They have threatened to ruin my online reputation and interfere with my credit if I do not withdrawal my complaint with the bank.

I'm currently fighting for my full refund due to the false advertisement.
