4/10/To Whom it may concern,On 2/13/*** *** *** purchased a gift card for $for *** *** *** and on March 24th she came and received a gold facial and manicure and pedicure, never mentioned the specials(We were running valentine's special) for month of
March (express facial and manicure and pedicure for $9900.)So since she received a gold facial for amount of $and manicure $and pedicure for $4000Her bill came to $She presented her gift card of $and and the balance was $84,00.She paid the difference and left happymin later *** *** *** called and very angry wanted his $84.00 money back and he claimed he was told our special was included a gold facial and manicure and pedicure!That was not our special and I feel so insulted by *** ***'s language.He has been harassing us and beingvery rude to my employeesSo I called ** ***'s we talked and after a long conversation I decided I will give a free manicure and pedicure to ** *** *** in order to get ** ***'s out of my hair.That doesn't mean we did anything wrong it was just matter of public relations.PS** *** *** has already called and she is coming back for her free serviceSincerely,Nahid W

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, with commentFirst, I was not rude to the employees or to the owner. It took at least five (5) phone calls to get the owner to return the callOnce, I made contact with the owner, I explained my position and requested the funds back from what I thought was the specaial.. the owner offerred additional services and I accepted sameThe owner did admit to having an employee whom I spoke with that was released because she did not give out the correct information on several occassionsThis was the problem and the owner refused to take responsibility for the employee and kept stating she gave out the wrong information, but it was my responsibility as the customer to pay the difference because of the more expensive services
Bottom Line: The complaint is resolved
