Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: They (NAI) are the property manager for the building and parking lot They must be acting at the driection of the ownership or association board Understand there is an issue with the building next door and [redacted] but strongly feel there was not adequate signage and lighting in he parking lot for me to know thier was no parking for the [redacted] They must hire the towing/booting company again at the direction of the board so how would I contact the towing company for a refund The towing company was working for the building and managment company NAI Plus, only random cars were booted and mine was one of them One was actually parkeed right in front of the no parking signs and was not booted Regards, [redacted]
