*** contacted me directly yesterday to review her complaints and discuss her outstanding charges in collectionsShe and I met this afternoon and arrived at a mutual agreement that not only addresses her concerns, but also satisfies the property owner's interestsIn resolution, *** acknowledges that the property owner incurred costs to remove her furniture left in the apartment and to address its unclean conditionShe and I mutually agree that communication could have been better from both sides to help eliminate *** confusionIn order to work with her, we will be withdrawing the delinquent amount from collections and we've agreed upon a written repayment plan for the remaining balanceWe will provide documentation from the collection agency directly to *** showing that her charges are removed from collection

*** ***After hearing back from NAI Spring regarding my complaint to the Revdex.com I disagree and can prove that they are being dishonest I did not leave my apartment in a trashed condition I was told by *** to leave furniture that is to be moved out to dumpster due to bed bug problem(*** came into building had a meeting in basement for all tenants) When I gave my notice in person at the Spring office the girl only made me a copy of my notice and stated, thank you and that was all I was not able to have a walk thru because *** stated I would have to pay another months rent waiting to give keys on Monday since that was the 1st day of December, that I just leave keys in the box before he comes in on Monday(which he comes in between 4-AM) I did not give Spring my forwarding address But the post office delivered the only letter I received dated 12-22-so the post office if they did mail 2nd letter the post office would have put the yellow sticker on the piece of mail and delivered it to me the same way I received the 1st letter And the phone number that is on record has never been disconnected My number moved from down there where also was connected to the door for company coming I could just buzz them up If Spring tried contacting me several times why and how is it that the collection company had no problem reaching me from info that they gave them There was no exaggeration what so ever and I have numerous people that would state such And there are tenants constantly moving in and out *** ***

written lease agreement provides an itemized list of move-out expectations to help residents avoid deductions from the security deposit, which we reiterated when her written move-out notice was receivedThe mess *** *aused within her apartment far exceeded wear/tear and generated significant additional expense for the property ownerIn regards to communication with *** she did not provide us with her forwarding address, and her phone number on record was disconnectedDespite several attempts to reach her, we've been unable to locate *** until her complaint to the Revdex.comWe noted from her complaint summary that *** received our initial letter regarding the handling of her security deposit and the charges being assessedA final summary of charges was also mailed to her after that initial letter, but it was returned to our office as undeliverable due to no forwarding addressWe are still in possession of the sealed and postmarked envelope that was returned to usSince we've been unable to reach *** the delinquent amount was turned over for collections after a lengthy waiting period*** also wrote about several other extreme experiences at the property, about which we're willing to meet directly with her to reviewWhile we have documentation to show many of the details are being distorted and exaggerated for effect, we will gladly discuss each of them with herOur company works hard to maintain an enjoyable home for our residents by following best practices for the industryThis is evidenced by long-term tenants, 99% average occupancy, and lower-than-market turnover rates at this propertyIf the Revdex.com requires any additional detail, we look forward to working with you to further support the factsWe'd also appreciate you directing Teresa to our office so that we have opportunity to speak with her directly in this regard
