Review: I want 1st explain that I was fully satisfied with the service of the person who did my nails. She was professional and gave me great service. My complaint is with the charge at the end of the service. The amount charged and listed on the window for a gel fill on Mon, Tues, Wed is $14.99 I had an appointment for this service and made it based on the price for that day because I am retired and living on a fix amount. In the past I have always paid cash for any service rendered but this day didn't have time to visit my bank. At the end of the service I pulled out my debit card and another of the employees working there who spoke English said that my amount would be $31. I said that that wasn't the amount listed on the window. She then told me that because I was paying with a credit card that was the amount. So I said to stop the transaction and I would go to my bank or use the machine that was in the establishment. By this time the person who performed my service had already run my card so I could not remove the amount. I am annoyed because; I was not told given the opportunity to stop this additional charge before running my debit card. I was also annoyed because when I checked the store window it does say cash on the stated days but no where in the store is there a posting that you would be charged double the amount of your service. Even if I used the debit machine in the store I would not have been charged $15. I believe that double the amount of your service is excessive and that this practice should be stopped. In the future I will always have cash but I feel that this practice should cease and be reported to the owner of the establishment. Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Please report my complaint to the owner and ask that they post something in the establishment concerning the additional charge for paying via debit or credit cards on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Also have their employees inform the patrons BEFORE RUNNING THEIR CARDS, about the additional amount to be charged to the card. This I feel will allow patrons of the establishment to be well informed. Thank you,
