Review: I saw a [redacted] (###-###-#### receipt attached) at the above location for application of permanent makeup of eyebrows on Oct , 2013. After about 6 wks, I took notice of some spots which were missed in the original application. I phoned him 2 or 3 weeks ago to inform [redacted] of my problem and he said he could not or would not give me a touchup unless I paid him another $208. He cited fading but this was such a short time ago that it would not be possible. He also recommended I fill in with pencil but I paid for permanent makeup application. I signed some papers but he did not supply me with any copies.Desired Settlement: Desire [redacted] to fill in eyebrows where tattooing is omitted or sparse for no charge.
