I am writing to follow up the Revdex.com Complaint #***On Tuesday March 7, a customer signed in for a pedicure, the nail technician stated that he took her in and performed a full pedicure for herHe said that he did not hear the customer mentioned any about the special pedicure, so he charged
her for the price of full pedicure which is plus tax, the customer did not say anything and leftLater on that day she called back and questioned about the price of pedicure, the nail tech stated that it is too late he already charged for a full pedicureI thought this is miscommunicating between them so I am happy to provide the customer the difference, we can make a check to her or she can come to the shop to pick it up.Thank you for your cooperation.Henry M**Manager

If the customer had come back to us within the one week time period, we would have refreshed her nail polish at no additional charge. But she came back and got a fresh coat and new service, we changed her polish and redid the entire service which we cannot refund. A whole new service is not a nail refresh. Even though we cannot refund the whole thing, we can get her a discount on her next service. We're happy to have the customer reach out to us directly at any time to discuss this further.

[redacted], My name is [redacted] and [redacted] in Delavan, WI. Here is the copy of the complaint:I took my truck there to have a small leak looked at from my Trasmission. They told me that I needed my transfer case shaft seal front and rear replaced. Also my pinion...

seal for rear axle needed to be replaced. So I dropped my truck off early morning on 9-25-2014. They called me on 9-26-2014 to tell me my truck was ready. I picked it up and drove it home and put it in the garage. Sunday morning I had to drive to ILL for a family birthday party. I pulled my truck out and saw a lot of trasnmission fluid on the ground! Was unable to contact [redacted] till Monday they were closed. Monday morning I took the day off from work and took my truck to another buisness to have them look at it. They told me he damaged two of the seals putting them in. I contacted [redacted] and told him what had happened. He said bring it in and I will fix it and if it still leaks you can take it some were else. I told him that I didnt feel comfortable having him do any more work on my truck. I asked him if he could at least refund me half of the labor charge or pay for half of it to be fixed else where. He said no, he would fix it for me free of charge. My parts are under warrenty so I just have to pay for the labor else where, which is $150.00 to replace the seals he damaged. There are some false statements here, first, they told me that there was only one seal leaking, not two, which they came to my shop with the truck to tell me, and I was going to drop everything to fix the seal right away while they were here, but they would not let me.  They said they were going to take it to the dealership because they didn't want me to replace the seal that was leaking, and their appointment was on Friday, I told them to let me replace the seal, and if it still leaked then they could go to the dealer instead.  Second, I never once told them to go somewhere else, it was their idea, I have tried, and tried to make it right with them, and never once did I tell them I would not reimburse them for the labor, I told them that I would refund the labor that they paid me which was $58.13.  The customer is being very difficult here and refusing to let me remedy the problem which I have contacted them 3 or 4 times trying to get them to bring in the truck to get it repaired, the seal that is in question is a very difficult to install, and the proper tool was used to install it, but it still leaked, it was an honest mistake, and again, I have tried to make it right with the customer, but they refuse.  Thank you, [redacted]
