I am rejecting this response because:
The refund that was offered to me was $and that was contingent on the withdraw of my complaint I did not file this complaint solely for a refund I complained several time while my nails were being done and repeatedly pointed out my dissatisfactions with my nails but the Manicurist just wasn't getting it It is not my problem that they were busy I was a paying customer and I expected quality work especially from someone who said she had been doing nails for twenty years!!! Yes I returned and had my nails redone at no cost and I was just as unhappy as when I left the first time so I will not be traveling back there for a refund And I will not be removing this complaint.Thank you

If the grievance was brought up to us directly before filing a complaint, we would have done what we could to resolve the problem. Upon receiving the Revdex.com complaint  a few weeks ago for the acrylic gel fill, we reached out to the customer and offered a complete refund of all services performed by the customer on the original date, including the acrylic fill, pedicure, and tip, totaling $46. Customer expressed satisfaction with that resolution and wished to close the case. At this time, the refund is ready at the shop for the customer to pick up at her convenience. We take this complaint very seriously and strive even harder to ensure quality and satisfaction moving forward.    Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
