[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: three weeks prior to me going there on the so mentioned day it was about in the morning door was propped open and the open sign was lit up so I went in was very pleased with the service that I had as far as getting my nails done gel polish and polish lasted three weeks until I went in there for the service that we are having an issue with I really haven’t been a regular customer of that business I had been there previously probably about a year or two ago and had a problem with a guy that did a pedicure on my nails when he cut one of the nails almost complete. When I went there that morning it was about I walked in saw a technician standing there and asked if they were open and I was told yes she turned on the open sign and proceeded to take me back and give me a pedicure I was fully prepared to go do some grocery shopping next-door if she said no and I would come back when they were open but she told me that she was going to go ahead and take me that they were open and proceeded to turn on the open signThe pedicure service was fine I felt a little rushedpolish all over my toes and around my toenails and on the end of my toesWhen Jesse was removing the gel polish from my nails she did nick me in one spot and I did say it was bleeding it bought tears to my eyes of course it’s natural instinct when something hurts and startles you to pull away (to jerk)thats why I pulled my hand away I wasn’t expecting it.the other technician sitting behind us heard me say it was bleeding jessy did squeze the finger to stop the bleeding.I did let her finish taking the polish off when Tina was done with her pedicure that she was doing she came up to do my nails her regular customer came in andTina told her that she would be right with her as she did hurry up and clip my cuticles which is why she cut me twice one of them beithe side of my finger on the end.they were surfice level cuts and did not bleed she took the top layer of skin off in two places which left very sore spots and one of them to this day almost weeks later has a scab on it.between Tina scheduling appointments and personal phone calls that she was on she did not engage in any conversation with me whatsoever so how would she know what kind of attitude I had. After just two days the polish started to come off I don’t have a manual labor job Which causes a lot of wear and tear on my nails so every day living could not cause this polish to come off in less than two days.My previous visit three weeks prior to this the technician put a clear liquid over the polish(Which Tina did not do)when she was done and proceeded to wipe it off and and I had no problem with my previous service there and the polish staying on I did leave negative feedback on the Businesses social media page, she offered me to come in for some compensation for the three cuts and gel polish coming off when I posted pictures of the cuts and the missing polish on the end of one nail she realized who it was she told me to come in that she would offer me some discountsI am not interested or do not want to ever go back to this establishment again I feel like it was a rushed service if it was not I would not have had three cuts and bad polish job on my toenails and my fingernails that were supposedly to have lasted to weeks with gel polish coming off in two days now I have two nails in less than two weeks that are missing nail polish Regards, [redacted]

Visited this nail salon on the 8th of October for a pedicure and fill on my nails then to have gel polish put on my nails.the manicurist(Jessy)that did my pedicure rushed through it and in doing so did a really bad job painting them which left polish all around the skin of my toes. After she finished she moved me to another chair to get my nails done I asked her if she was going to do my nails and she explained to me that the chemical they use to do fills irritated her nose and that another person(Tina)would be doing them and since Tina was busy still with a pedicure Jessy proceeded to take a machine and file the old gel polish off in dong this the machine cut my skin when I explained to her that it was bleeding she just squeezed the finger and went on to the next one filing it.she put no ointment or nothing on this cut knowing it was bleeding.Tina then came up to do my nails and was going okay till a regular customer of hers came in for her to do their nails and she started to r

To whom it may concern,Nail Club has been up and running for the almost 14 years, and this is the first time we have ever experienced such a dispute. We praise ourselves on providing a family ambiance and making sure our customers receive the best service we can provide, whilst making our customers...

feel as welcomed as possible. I shall state this customer's customer A to respect their personal identification. Customer A is a reoccurring customer, meaning she should be more than aware that we have a disclaimer sign up in our salon in two different, but very visible places that state: "No refunds will be given for any service." A service has been provided. Time and effort has been placed into this customer to hopefully provide a positive experience. Unfortunately, that did not seem to be the case here. It was a Sunday. We open at 11am on Sundays, but customer A came in at 10:30am and we still took care of her anyway even though it was before our opening hours to accommodate for her time since we are present regardless. Jessi, one of our technicians, began working on customer A's pedicure. The pedicure took the approximate time a regular service pedicure would call for. Then, she took customer Aup to remove her gel nail polish. Jessi stated that while she did slightly nick at customer's A finger due to the sensitivity level of her skin, there was no bleeding. Therefore, she did not put ointment on the cut because it was very surface level. She proceeded to apologize and apply pressure to prevent the sore from spreading. Customer A reacted very harshly and roughly pulled her hand away from Jessi despite her apologies and attempt to salvage the small cut. On the day of this occurrence, our salon was not too jammed pack. We have almost a tradition of if we see a familiar face, out of habit, we will excitedly greet them, but Tina assured me that she did not rush with customer A. She merely greeted her other regular customer, and resumed her progress on customer A. There was no intention to rush whatsoever, and she stated that she did not rush. As stated above, no bleeding occurred and the cut was very surface level. Therefore, Tina did not notice the cut. Also, Tina stated that from start to finish, customer A had quite an attitude. Her demeanor was anything but friendly and before any mishap, she deemed, even occurred. A gel polish sct does last 2-3 weeks. But a work of artis only as good as it was if proper care was taken. We are not aware of how customer A took care of her nails after leaving our salon, and we hold ourselves responsible for one week if they would like to come in for us to fix their nails for free, which is what we wanted to provide for customer A. She left a review on our social media site, feeling unsatisfied, and we wanted to try to compensate for her in a reasonable way. But unfortunately, that was not what she wanted. Based on our business and objectives, no refunds will be provided.Thank you for your time.Sincerely,Nail Club's Representive
