after to let her know she still had a balance of $45.00 on each cardshe said she doesn't want the gift cards anymore so we advised her that we're going to redeem the balance of the gift card and have a credit of 2 $45 on her account, she agreedI then recieved an email complaint on 5/and I advised her to come in and get her gift cards back with the balance on them and she didI have attached copies of the original gift cards and the refund receiptsPlease see attached and advise if further action is needed.Thanks,***310.403.***
