Joe responded: Her & her friend came in that night, they both got acrylic full setsThrough out the process, the girls asked her if she was happy and okay with the nails and she said, yes, I am happyThey got their polish on after she agreed the nails were okay. Then they left and she
called back and started complaining about the entire processShe demanded a refund immediatelyWe told her that she left the shop, you told us you were happy, and the service was done and paid forWe are not sure what caused her to be unhappy as she paid in full and there was no issue at that pointThe complaint should have been made right then and there when she was in the shop so that we could address it thenWe do not feel she is due a refund as she received the service and did not have any issues until after she left
