Nail Palace

Just as you prefer certain nail technicians to do your nails, My daughter and I prefer certain eyebrow technicians. We have been.coming to Nail Palace for over a year and our experiences with the eyebrow technicians [redacted] and [redacted] have been awesome. However, other technicians dont have the same skill set. Therefore I instructed my thirteen year old to ask for one of these ladies to do her eyebrows. The end result was she was told [redacted] would do them and to go to the backroom. However another technician came in and did her eyebrows and they were not to my sastification at all. When I approached the owner, he just shrugged it off and stated that they were fine. Thus is not good customer service at all and I will not be returning to this establishment.","neg-1

Unethical and provide false advertisement I entered the establishment about 1:30 pm on a Sunday and their technicians were busy I was asked to come back in 30 minutes. The hours of operation on Sunday is from 11am-4pm. I arrived back to the salon at 3:10 to find the door locked and was told that they were closed. I have been a committed customer for about a year and every time I come I spend $50 or better as well as leave a tip. I have never received such service and the establishment should obey their hours of operation as posted on the door.Desired SettlementI will like to receive full credit for next visit as well as change the hours of operations if they are not correct.
