I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

Review: I found nail pro online and went in for a quick mani/pedi. I was greeted by a semi hostel man who instructed me to take a seat and get started for the pedicure, I was in a wedding in a few hours and I am not from the area so I really had no idea where to go. They appeared to spray lysol in the foot bath and quickly scrub and refill. I am not sure if the tools were taken from a UV box before I was seated, but I am hoping they were disinfected. However a few days after my pedicure I had developed quite an itchy foot in the same area that was pumiced, and today (a day later) I awoke with not being able to put pressure on the heel of my foot, I went to urgent care immediately and my doctor diagnosed me with 'cellulitis', I am now on antibiotics for the next 10 days. She said that it is a bacterial infection that was caused most likely by the pumice (which I know was not new and hadn't seen being taken out of a UV box). I hope that no one else has to go through the pain and spend the extra money from an unsanitary pedicure. After reading articles on pedicure spa hygiene the foot baths should take no less than 10min to clean out, Nail Pro took 30sec to spray, wipe and fill for their next customer, also I saw a UV box, but all the tools the people were coming from the caddies and who knows when and if they were replaced. Stay away from this place, I am luck I didn't have anything else go wrong...as of now!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for my services that I had received ($55) and for the cost of my doctors visit ($20) and medication ($10), caused by the unsanitary facilities and tools. For a total of $85. I have had to take time off as well as endure the pain and discomfort of the infection on the bottom of my foot. I think that my request is fair.
