Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Nail Renew regarding complaint ID [redacted] I have called everyday for two weeks asking about my issue They tell me that they do not have an account for me My question to them is that if they cannot find an account for me, then how are they charging my bank account Every call I have made they tell me the same thing and then hang up on me I am infuriated with this company and I hope no one else ever has to go through this.Sincerely, [redacted]

They refunded it said the $which is correct but there is still a balance owed back to me for another $which was never returned back to me from the very first time it was taken outI have my account papers printed out and have reviewed them over again to make sure and yes they did owe me $plus the $I am not satisfied and never told the representative that I was okay with any of this eitherI have the proof of my paperwork from my account if I need to send them to you also just let me knowThanks again for your help in this situationI hope they get the other monies to me asap after they take a look again at their paperwork because I also have mine to prove the money they do owe me still.
