Review: I ordered, and paid for, a product from this company online in September of 2013 with expectations to receive it within 3 weeks. It is now the end of March 2014 and have not received any information from the seller or response to my communications. According to the social networking that Nail Sauce uses, this has been a problem with hundreds of orders.Desired Settlement: I no longer want their product and would like a refund.
Review: I paid $14.00 for a bottle of nail polish in August 2013 and have not yet received it as of February 2014. After multiple emails requesting information regarding my order, I went to the website to find that it had been taken down. According to www.ripoffreport.com, I am not the only one this has happened to. She runs her business primarily off of instagram and she has not responded to anyone inquiries regarding their purchases. She is stealing money from her customers.Desired Settlement: I, among many others across the United States, would like refunds for the products we never received.
