Their customer service and communication skills are horrible! If there is no problem with an order, then you are good, but if there is any issue it becomes a big hassleIf an item is backordered you will get no communication about the item until you ask them what is going on....in my case almost two months laterThey take over a week to respond to a customer inquiry email! In this case it was days, and when you call in the people are nice but don't know much and there is a ton of background noiseI will be trying to avoid using this company ever again, and will gladly pay another company a few dollars more for the same products

Please save yourself the hassle and do not order anything from Current Catalog Here's a summary of my experience with them: â ¢ I ordered address labels They said it will take up to business days for the labels to arriveI paid $just for shipping Which to me doesn't make sense since all they're doing is mailing sheets of paper, but whatever â ¢ business days go by and the labels have not been delivered I call their help center and the woman over the phone said they would deliver that same day â ¢ Nothing came in the mail On the 11th business day I call again and ask what's going on Their representative Simone, told me the tracking says it's "in transit" I told Simone she needed to looking into the delivery further She puts me on hold for minutes then comes back only to tell me the labels were delivered to the wrong address How that happened I have no idea because my address was listed correctly in the confirmation e-mail Simone proceeds to tell me she has to start a new order and that my labels wonâ t be delivered for another days â ¢ At this point Iâ m already weeks late for my mailing I told her she needs to expedite the process and overnight me the labels She told me I couldnâ t overnight them because they need at least a day to make and verify the labels Okayâ ¦ that makes sense to me, but why is it still going to take days? It should take days max The fact that I had to explain the timing to her over the phone is ridiculous, but after being on the phone with her for minutes she finally agreed to deliver in days â ¢ I decided to call the next day just to make sure they made the labels and that they were ready to ship I get Simone on the phone again and now she tells me she canâ t verify when the labels will ship She puts me on hold for another minutes â ¢ Simone comes back only to tell me she still needs to talk to her supervisor I was so fed up with spending so much time on something that should be so simple I told her to cancel the order and refund me the money â ¢ I wasted whole weeks trying to work through this issue with Current Catalog I have very little faith they will actually refund the money since they are so unorganized and have no idea how to solve problems in a timely manner The fact that their staff didnâ t catch the mailing error the first time I called is unacceptable I really wish I read these other reviews before placing my order because they are all 100% valid â ¢ Stick with [redacted]

Personalized notepads that were described in the catalog as having sheets per pad and arriving in 6-business days arrived WEEKS later with only sheets per padThis is not what I ordered or was expectingContacting customer service either by phone (which I tried twice) or online is an exercise in futilityI am so disappointed and will NEVER order anything from CURRENT again

I submitted an order for checks on 11/22/I have tried to follow up with the company and was told that my order was canceled by me in December (it was not)Further follindicates that my order got "stuck in manufacturing" and was canceled with absolutely no notification to me about the cancellationThey suggested that I could re-order with them, why would I want to do that??

Today 02/02/0216, I called Current USA through their 1-number and asked to have a name removed from their mailing listThis is at least the fourth time that myself or my wife has called Current USA to have a name removed from their mailings listThe person I talked to had PObox number under the name I wanted to have removed from their mailing listThe current operator told me Current did not have a a mailing address which I gave them, just a P.OBox numberHow could have sent their information to my address if their system only had a POBox number? My complaint is with Current still sending information out when we've several times called to remove a name and address from their system and they refuse to do so! We're tired of getting their info sent out and Current saying each time that they only have a POBox address and not the one that keeps being sent to another address I wish to not anymore mailing or future contact with Current USA

After other positive experiences with Current Catalog, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from them I ordered checks with my digit checking number, but they arrived printed with digits (the first included place holding zeros at the start, whereas the last would have accurately routed) After two calls with different reps to resolve this issue, I learned I must eat the cost A refund or reprint is not part of the game--while I respect the importance of verifying bank account numbers, I'm terribly upset that Current is willing to profit from printing and shipping without notifying customers of the change This practice shows me they're not willing to work with my bank directly to correctly handle the 10-to-account switchover and it shows me they knowingly print orders with account information the customer didn't approve This is bad business practice

I ordered checks on SepI was sent an email saying expect the checks within daysWhen the days were up I contacted Current, where I was informed that even though items had shipped it may take up to daysAfter days I was informed it may take up to business days(In the mean time I ordered checks from a different website and they had already arrived.)After this time was up they informed me new checks would be sent in Two Day Express mailThe checks arrived and were not how I ordered themI contacted both Current, and *** and only after several rude phone agents was I refunded my moneyThe date is 11/and I still have not received the first order of checksI contacted Current and after stating I would report them to the Revdex.com and leave a bad review on social media did their system indicate the checks were destroyed in the beginning of October, and no further information could be provided to me over the phoneWorst service I've ever receieved

Please save yourself the hassle and do not order anything from Current Catalog. Here's a summary of my experience with them:
• I ordered address labels. They said it will take up to 6 business days for the labels to arrive. I paid $7.99 just for shipping. Which to me doesn't make sense since all they're doing is mailing sheets of paper, but whatever.

I have very little faith they will actually refund the money since they are so unorganized and have no idea how to solve problems in a timely manner. Save your money and your sanity, dont order through Current. I have ordered periodically through them over the last 13 years with little to no hassle, but no more. I especially loved ordering checks through them since they have a great selection at a very reasonable price. This order has been the exception. Customer service representative's are reasonably nice and try to help. But they have no answers for why the same order of checks I have placed with them over the last 13 years has been cancelled 2x's with no phone call, email, or even a notice on the online order. All I could get was a pending. Now my address has changed this time but that's it. Check department wouldn't talk to me, customer service had no answers just the bank rejected it, tried to talk with someone who had answers only to tell me they would call me back in 24 hours. Well still waiting and took my business permanently elsewhere.

I ordered 6 packages of Thanksgiving cards from Current along with some address labels. When my order arrived, I received 6 reindeer ornaments instead of my Thanksgiving cards. When I called customer service, after being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that they would send new cards in 5-7 business days. I told them that that would not be acceptable because they cards would arrive a few days before Thanksgiving and I would not have time to write them and get them mailed in time. After several negotiations with a supervisor they said they could get them to me in 2 days. I thanked them and thought the problem was solved. Then I was told by an apologetic customer service rep that the Thanksgiving cards were no longer available!! They would credit my account. To add insult to injury I was then told that I would be receiving a label to place on the box so I could go to the post office and ship Current back all of their reindeer ornaments, THAT I NEVER ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!

Slow to process order and get it out. Ordered cards on the 4th of Feb, sent out the 10th, have yet to receive them and today is the 14th. Have not answered my email either. If you order allow three weeks to get it!

I ordered checks and return address labels on 12/29/14. The checks came 2 weeks later and were ok. The labels came 3 weeks later with no address printed on them. The company said it was my fault because I did not complete the order form and include the address and they could not do anything about it. My 2 questions are, if I did not fill out the address on the order, how did they get the address correct on the checks and on the envelope containing the blank labels?... and if there was a problem with the order, why didn't they call me?

I had terrible trouble with this company. I purchased labels in Aug of 2016 and it is now October and I never received them. Upon calling the first time, they told me they re ordered them and I would get them in 5 days. I never received them. The second call they told me they were in transit. Never received them. The third call they said I should receive them in a week or else I can call and get my money back. I again never received them. Three weeks later, just this evening, I called and a woman, extremely rudely, told me they were at a post office, a half hour from my house, and to go get them myself. When I asked why they were at the post office and not delivered to my house she said she did not know, and they weren't mailed back to the company, so it was my problem. My order number was [redacted] to confirm this review is accurate and true. I would never order anything from them again. Terrible service and terrible quality of handling issues.

I ordered Christmas address labels on Current's website on 12/4. the website states that it will take 6 business days to receive them. I got an email telling me that they shipped on 12/6. Using those calculations, I should have received them no later than 12/15. Today 12/17, they still have not arrived but Current won't reship them because they were shipped 3rd class mail and they will not reprint an order before a4 business days.

Very poor customer service and very poor information on the website.
