Nail Studio II

Review: On 3/1/2015 I needed to get a pedicure before my vacation. I went back to get into the chair, the tub was filled with water. The water was not checked and it was scolding hot. I told her it was extremely hot, she then turned on the freezing cold water. They apparently have a pluming issue because it turned scolding hot again. We went through this 4 times, I told her if she was not able to control the water temperature, I would rather not do this! She said "oh no, it okay" She then asked for me to check the water temperature, directly from the spout. The water was SCOLDING HOT, even worse than before. My eyes water up and I screamed. She looked at me with confusion as if she did not understand. The male employee came over to apologize and start the pedicure. I asked him if he was going to do anything about this? He looked at me and said, "We start polish, now" My two baby toes are extremely red and still in pain after 24 hours. When it came time to pay, I told the man at the counter about what happened, I told him I was in serious pain. I would like a discount or not pay at all. He told me, since I was not cut or bleeding, he would not do anything. I was burned by the scolding hot water at least 5 times.Desired Settlement: $27.00 The total cost for the pedicure
