Disappointed
I hate I went I was assigned to someone who said repeatedly she couldn't give me my design and quickly gave me to someone else and when I wanted something she could do she wouldn't try to hear me,I never felt so embarrassed the woman that took me acted like (what the hell,?) So I left with a designe I never wanted I just wanted to get out and I wanted my money back

CountySimilar to many salon businesses, we have a no refund policy to protect our nail technicians from clients who claim they do not like the product just so they can seek free service at the expense of the technician's hard work*** *** came in earlier this month with eyebrows that were uneven because of the pigmentation on her skinBefore any service was performed on her, the certified esthetician and owner of the Salon informed her of this and *** insisted on getting them done anywaysAfter the service, she was unhappy and insisted that *** was the cause of her pigmentation and uneven eyebrowsShe threw a fit in the salon and her friend yelled obscene insults and cursed at the Salon owner Another friend of her (who has been a loyal customer for many years) had to come in and pay for ***'s service*** insisted that the friend bring in pennies as paymentThe friend apologized on her behalf and noted that ***'s actions were rude and inappropriateThey drove off without paying and we had to call the police to protect our businessWe do not want this incident to adversely affect our grade

Review: I [redacted] went to have my nails done on June 22, I went back on the 26th to ask for my $ back. Sunday the day after I started having to glue them back down, they were lifting and the gel was coming away from the tips. They told me they don't do refunds. I asked if that was posted, they said no. I said I'm not asking for all my money just the 45$. I should be asking for the refund they charged for, I just wanted at the time the 45$ back they told me its like when u return a shirt and get your money back u have to leave the shirt I said fine take these off and return my $. They said no they would give me a GC. I said why would I want to come back here to get either my nails or toes done ever again u already over charged me for all my services. They called mall security that was fine mall security listened I showed them my nails they asked me to come file a report against them. At that time, being that I am a liscensed cosmetologist, I told them I would be turning them into state bourds. That I counted 6 licenses and there were easily 12-14 people working that sat. They told me to go ahead and do that. So I will be and I wrote a complaint to the mall. there looking into it also

The company states that when the consumer came back in dissatisfied with their services, they were willing to give the consumer her money back but they wanted to remove the nails. The consumer refused to allow them to take the nails off so she was not given a refund. The consumer is welcome back to discuss the matter further.

I have 6 witnesses 3 beings the mall security , that I was a 100% willing for them to take them off there were only a few left on my fingers sny how, I could have pulled them off my self. There response was not to give me my money back but to give me a gift card . I said there was no way in gods green earth that I would ever come back and use a GC from them especially not after getting a nail fungus from them in less than 3 says. They wouldn't give me my $ back that's when the head of mall security approached me and asked me to come with her to put in a complaint to corporate head quarters that she too believed I should have gotten my $ back. They are lying and I have witnesses.
