I PLACED AN ORDER ON 6/21/2020 AND NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. I HAVE PROOF FROM THE POST OFFICE THAT THE ITEMS WERE RETUNED TO THE MERCHANT ON 7/14. I HAVE SENT THIS PROOF TO THE MERCHANT MUULTIPLE TIMES. AT FIRST HE SAID HE NEVER GOT IT BACK AND HE WOULD CHECK TOMORROW THAT WAS ON 7/14. I HAD TO REACH OUT TO HIM 3 MORE TIMES AND HE SAID HES BUSY, THEN SAID HE WOULD CHECK TOMORROW THE WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED THEN SAID HE DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING. I ASKED HIM HOW HE CHECKED SINCE THE WAREHOUSE WAS CLOSED. I TOLD HIM HE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACKED BUSINESS ETIQUE AND THAT I WOULD BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH Revdex.com AND WITH MY BANK AND PROVIDING MY BANK WITH CORRESPONDENCE THAT THE BUSINESS REFUSES TO REFUND ME ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE RETURNED TO HIS WAREHOUSE. THEN HE ACCUSED ME OF "SCARING" THEM BY ADVISING HIM WHAT STEPS I WAS GOING TO TAKE FOR HIS REFUSAL TO ISSUE A REFUND ON PRODUCTS NEVER RECEIVED AND THAT I RETURNED TO HIM. THIS GUY HAS A HISTORY OF UNROFESSIONAL COMMENTS TO CLIENTS. IF YOU GOOGLE HIM ON FB THEIR ARE TONS OF SCREEN SHOTS OF CONVERSATIONS OF HIM CALLING AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN MONKEYS.

We have attached a screenshot of customers order and tracking and it has shown delivered. If customer did not receiver their product they must file a dispute with PayPal or the bank. This is a defamation of our business and I hope with all the evidence provided this complaint will be removed thank you

Our policy on returns are stated on our website that no returns are accepted unless it was confirmed with customer support first. Customer claims the return was due to invalid address. If it was invalid address usps tracking would not state delivered in mail box to the exact address on file. So customer purposely returned item without consent or confirmation following our return guidelines and policy and as well made false claims of putting incorrect address. Also nailed by John llc is not located in Austin Texas as the customer stated. Invalid company address and invalid return policy and defamation of my business by accusing racism which has nothing to do with the subject of return or merchandise. For the correct address of nailed by John llc, the Revdex.com can contact the Secretary of State for the correct information. I wish for this to be removed from the Revdex.com due to all invalid information
