Dear Madam or SirGood morning or afternoon, I am very sorry upfront but my response will be a bit long .[redacted] has called me on [redacted] to request to been seen that day , I had to inform her that it takes 4-5 weeks to get an appointment with me! She called me a total of...

** times that still requesting the same thing , I referred her to the online booking system to please make a appointment there, she was worried that her [redacted] voucher would expire! I still let customers use it even if they run out of time ! She went on my Facebook Page right after and gave me a rating of * star saying I give horrible customer service ! Right after that she made an appointment for [redacted]  , for the following reasons I denied that appointment, all [redacted] customers have to provide the voucher number in the comment section , it is noted on the online calendar, she did not provide a full name or a correct phone number ! As you will see in the Attachments that I am sending  with this . Wen a appointment gets denied the customer receive a E mail stating why it was denied![redacted] then showed that day [redacted] . I was taking care of 2 customers at that time and of course had no idea who she is , I showed her my appointments for that day and told her I am very sorry and don't know what could have happened. She was very loud and unpleasant and the male customer that I was taking care of came out to see if I am ok ! She then showed me on her phone the appointment that she made and then I remembered who she is ! I did not wanted to expose anything in front of my customers! So I ask her to  leave !After that numerous of calls that day and on all my social media she called me a thief and also wrote me in a e mail that she will contact the police next if I don't give her ** dollars!I am not sure if [redacted] knows that [redacted] has that money and not me and unfortunately there is rules , the fine print says that a appointment have to be made . Also this Service takes 2 hours and lots of people don't show that's why the voucher # had to be present ! I am very sorry about all of this , the reason why I advertise on [redacted] is to gain Customers and I have done over a [redacted] over a few years and I have a lot of very happy customers. With that said my intent is to make people happy .I hope I explained to your satisfactionRegards
