duty from October 19-20, including the technician that the complaint is against to obtain a better understanding of the situation that occurred from another perspective. Below is a summary of the findings that may provide a better explanation for the customer.On October 19, the customer entered Nails 2000 for a manicure/pedicure service. During the service, the customer's nail technician had a family emergency and had to leave work. Not finished with the service, the technician asked a second technician who was currently working with a client to Continue the service for the customer. The second technician agreed and temporarily serviced the customer until a third technician became available, at which time the second technician returned to her original client. This process was in response to an emergency, and it was intended to ensure that all customers are still being serviced efficiently without long periods of waiting.We apologize on behalf of our technicians that we were not able to give the customer a clear enough explanation of why the customer's technicians had to rotate. Hopefully this provides clarification on why the changes on technicians were made. Staff transition happens occasionally to ensure efficiency, and we have spoken to the technicians about being more clear to the customer even during busy hours and emergency situations. From the customer's statement and our own investigation, we have Come to an understanding that our technicians did what they can to provide the requested services for the customer. When the customer returned the next day (10/20), the original technician refinished the customer's nails to the customer's satisfaction at no additional cost.
