My name is Johnathon N[redacted] and my wife, Phuong N[redacted], own a small nail salon at  65 W. Prairie Shopping Center...

Hayden, Idaho 83835 since 1999. On July 31st, at around 1 P.M, [redacted] and her daughter came to our salon getting pedicures done, Iworked on [redacted] who was getting a deluxe pedicure, while my wife was working on [redacted] daughter who was getting a regular pedicure. My wife was done with [redacted] daughter first. [redacted] daughter had said, "Thank you, it feels so good. Can I sit on the spa chair to relax and wait for my mom?"Then on August 2nd at around 5 P.M. [redacted] had come to the shop, and told me that her daughter had gotten an infection, [redacted] had showed me the pictures on her phone from the ankle down. I saw that the big toe had red on the side, and I told her properly that the toe was ingrown and infected, [redacted] had asked me to pay the medical bill. I had said, "Yeah, let's see and let me know." After that, she left the shop.
On Monday August 8th at around 4:30 I called [redacted] with the number, ([redacted] but no one answered. On tuesday August 9th around 5:30, I called [redacted] again at the same number and left her a voicemail, asking how her daughter was doing and told her to call me back at the nail shop number, but she never called.
We clean the pedicure chairs every time they have been used. We remove and clean the filter. At the end of the day we run the spa chairs with Whirlpool Scrub Sanitizer, Lysol mixed with vinegar and baking soda to clean them out, and let them run around 10 minutes. Our instruments have been cleaned and sterilized with T209 machine after use.Sincerely,Johnathon N[redacted]
