I want to explain what happen on the day that Barbara [redacted] come in with the gift certificateMrs Barbara C walk into the Nails & Spa with her gift certificateBarbara asked to speak to a manager of the SalonThis is how Mrs Barbara conversation started.Barbara C: “Can I please speak to the manager?”.Quyen: “The manager is not here, but what can I help you ma”am?”.Barbara C:” I have this certificate, and I don’t have time to come in today to do itIs there any way I can exchange it for a different gift certificate with half the price?”.? Quyen: “ Ma’am this gift certificate is expire on 12/22/2016, and this gift certificate is from the previous owner, we can only honored it if it does not expire within a year as it stated on the gift certificateAlso, I can not write another gift for you, because this gift certificate is from the previous owner.Quyen:” If you want to get you pedicure or any services today we have time for you”Mrs Barbara responsed that she does not have time for the service today.? Quyen: “I would gladly make an exceptional for you Mrs Barbara that I can take this gift in a few days lateBut when I take over the shop from the previous owner all the gift are gaurantee will be honored if it does not expired.? Barbara C:” I don’t have time next week too”.Quyen: “I’m sorry Ma’am that are the options I have can give to you”.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When I went to the spa my certificate had not expired yet Quyen said that there was nothing they could do for me because the certificate had been issued by the previous ownerI was never offered the services to be used at a later date I offered to take a lesser amount in a certificate or merchandise, but that was not an option.I was not offered the options that were listed by Nails and Spa and a reasonable attempt was not made by the business to correct the matterThat is the reason I contacted the Revdex.comI would like to be reimbursed for the amount of the certificate, or to have a certificate reissued
