Nail's Creation

Review: Nail Creations charges a $1.00 fee for using your credit card for tipping. I was at Nail Creations and had to use my credit card. I was told the service was $15.00. Then I asked to add $3.00 for the tip. I was then told I would be charged an additional $1.00. There is a sign in the business which reads something like... Please tip in cash. $1.00 for using credit card. If I am not mistaking, charging extra fees for using your credit card is against the law.Desired Settlement: To quit charging a $1.00 when tipping using a credit card.

I have changed my policy to comply with federal and state law. I no longer have a surcharge for credit card payments.
