To whom it may concern,we at DC Nails apologize for your experience at our shopIn regards to the incident we are aware that the customer was unsatisfied with the response she had received from our shop attendantsIn the case that this is to happen again we greatly urge customers to contact the salon the following business day to ensure that all shop attendants are aware of the situation and can rectify the incident when the customer is able to returnDue to the time lapse from the customer's initial visit and when she returned, we were unable to conduct the service without paymentIf she had contacted the shop the next business day we would have been able to better assist her and accommodate the customer's Schedule to Come in.Best RegardsNails DC

when the incident happen it was on a Saturday I contacted the business on Sunday and they were closed as I explained I reside in Virginia and this location is in DC where I work so that is why the lapse, it is an inconvenience for a customer to have to come back for service when the time before I had to come back for a repair and then they repaired it and it wasn't a problem then I went somewhere else and paid another for eyelash install which has lasted three weeks so far
