I went into the salon to get a full set of nails. The woman sent me to chair 11 and when I sat down the nail tech was in the middle of an ongoing face time call. When she tried to cut my nails down she hurt me and when I pulled away she said its ok. From there it got worse. She was not paying attention, filing the skin on my hands raw. When I told her this was worse than going to the dentist she jumped up and started yelling at me in another language. I asked her to take them off because they were awful and she told me to shut up and stop talking. I have never been so disrespected or mistreated trying to pay for a service. Now I won't be ready for my wedding at 6.
