Review: I went to Nails 4 U to get a set of acrylic nails that they put on removed. Instead of soaking the acrylic nails off like one is supposed to do, the nail technician proceeded to start ripping off the acrylic nails with other nail tips. This cause MULTIPLE layers of my natural nails to be ripped off. It was ripped off so badly on three of my nails, that you could actually see my skin under my nails because I didn't have any nail left. It started bleeding so badly that they had to run to the back to get me band-aid's. The whole time, the manager/owner was standing above the nail technician and he was the one who brought me to the front and practically demanded me to pay. I was so uncomfortable and in such shock that I just dropped the money and walked out. I didn't even receive an apology for the damage they had done to my nails. I spoke to another nail technician and explained to her what had happened, and she explained to me that the way that they removed my nails is NEVER acceptable or professional, and it is not what they are taught. She is actually the one who recommended that I report this business to the Revdex.com. I hope no one ever has to experience the same thing. My nails are so damaged and in so much pain right now. I now have to go out and spend additional money on nail strengthening gel and biotin so that my nails can grow back healthy.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the horrible service that I received, as well as the extra money that I left for the "tip" ($13 total) Ideally, I would also like a refund for the additional products that I have to buy now because of what they did to my nails.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt- I have never received a receipt from them when paying cash. The nail technician never told me her name. I was there August 12, 2014 around 4:40pm.
