This letter is in response to a letter of complaint about Nails received on October 22, with Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] .We have carefully read the customer's statement and investigated the details regarding the complaint received from the customerWe have spoken with the technicians on duty from October 19-20, including the technician that the complaint is against to obtain a better understanding of the situation that occurred from another perspectiveBelow is a summary of the findings that may provide a better explanation for the customer.On October 19, the customer entered Nails for a manicure/pedicure serviceDuring the service, the customer's nail technician had a family emergency and had to leave workNot finished with the service, the technician asked a second technician who was currently working with a client to Continue the service for the customerThe second technician agreed and temporarily serviced the customer until a third technician became available, at which time the second technician returned to her original clientThis process was in response to an emergency, and it was intended to ensure that all customers are still being serviced efficiently without long periods of waiting.We apologize on behalf of our technicians that we were not able to give the customer a clear enough explanation of why the customer's technicians had to rotateHopefully this provides clarification on why the changes on technicians were madeStaff transition happens occasionally to ensure efficiency, and we have spoken to the technicians about being more clear to the customer even during busy hours and emergency situationsFrom the customer's statement and our own investigation, we have Come to an understanding that our technicians did what they can to provide the requested services for the customerWhen the customer returned the next day (10/20), the original technician refinished the customer's nails to the customer's satisfaction at no additional costWe ask that you reassess this complaint given both our provided information and the customer's original statement.Sincerely,Customer Service Nails
