We contacted my merchant service provider on the details transaction for the card holder with the card ending in [redacted] on 10/21/2011 Confirmed Nails Hair and Tanning only charged her for $22.00. Please see enclosed provided documents. When the card holder called our location and we have informed her...

if she can provide her bank statement that is showing her charges with amount of $26.40 we are willing to pay her back on the different but she refused to accept it and went on to Revdex.com to file a complaint about Nails Hair and Tanning. She also called to the store and shouted profanity at the employee. This is unacceptable manner. She owes us an apology and expected her to came back to apologize to us. This also is hurting our business reputation as well.

inflated the cost of the services. He alleges the consumer could have had anyone cut her hair after leaving the salon. He believes the consumer owes him an apology for lying and he refuses to give the consumer a refund.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I attached the transaction history from my account. Again like I said in my complaint his employee did not give me a receipt. The man called my phone restricted the other day screaming and yelling asking me "why I called the Revdex.com on him" he wouldn't let me get a word in before he finally hung up on me. He runs the most unprofessional company and has the worst customer service I've ever seen I do not want to return to his place of business because I know all it will lead to is a argument due to him not having no customer service skills. So if this can be done through your company I would appreciate it. If this problem continues on with him calling my phone and harassing me they can keep the $4.60 because it is becoming a headache and I am tired of being disrespected by this man for his mistake. And again I'd like to point out that I highly recommend a inspection of his business and his employees licenses because I'm sure I'm not the only person to contact you in reguard to Nails hair & Tanning. I appreciate your services and everything you've been doing to help
