Review: I was a formal customer at Nails L'amour. I was a loyal and respectful customer. Until I was treated with no respect and experienced very rude And UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. I went to this nail salon for a fill For my nails. I had my children and my younger cousin with me for the First time. Now my kids are well behaved children. She the owner [redacted] Had a problem with the children being there. The next time I went back for a fill The nail owner [redacted] said she was booked and to NOT TO BRING MY KIDS ANYMORE. I thought that was rude and very unprofessional the way she said it and Whom she said it in front of. I had my daughter and younger cousin With me. That day they were going to get a service done. I believe since I was African American she Treated me different from all of her other consumers which majority Was Caucasian. When she said that I felt very disrespected And treated unfairly. She went on to say I should Know better to bring My children into a nail salon. I replied and said if you did not want kids Welcome u shoulf display a sign so consumers like MYSELF would be aware. She replied and said she shouldn't have to we should know not to bring children. This is while she has a customer in front of her. That was NOT the first Time I Have been treated and spoken to like that. I noticee who & how she treated with respect. She is racist and rude. I paid for a service and what I received was Rude comments about my children and what I should be doing. I went on one occasion to get a nail fixed because she did a poor job on My nails instead of getting it fixed at that MY moment I was unable to because she had an appointment After me and she was almost closing. She was upset that I needee to get cit fixed. She then took it to another level when she went on her social Network instagram and posted my job profession and rude comments about me and my children. I stop referring customers to her because of lack of professionalism. Also a nail client I know ALSO RECEIVED A NAIL FUNGUS .

Owner [redacted] needs to be confronted about her professionalism and discrimination against African Americans. And need to be advised to display a no kids allowed sign in the establishment Also I would like a refund back for the poor job she done on my Nails. also need to have someone investigate her establishment for poor Customer service. One client I know also received a nail fungus and was left untreated.

I am a professional & also my staffs been doing this for over 15 years. Never have any problem with being professionalism and discrimination against African Americans or other race. All my clients are mix, we treated everyone who walk in my establishment with friendly services and catering to their needs including this client. We never have any clients walking out of my salon with a fungus. We paid very close attention to our clients nails & toes & other services. Something like this coming from other salons, we fix them right away with no charge. We also guarantee our works and work as a team.

Apparently, this client is exaggerated & also lied about the whole story. She never mentioned about, she brought 4/5 of her kids into the premises. Changing her baby diaper on the nails dryer in the waiting area in front of my customers. Her kids getting water spilling on the floor, also making mess in the bathroom. She talking on the phone the whole time I did her nails not paying any attention to her kids. She came back the next days fixing some smudged polish nail with free of charged.

The next fill-in time she came, never make an appointment. I was busy with my client. I have asked her if she want to come back. I also asked her not to bring 4/5 kids because I don't have enough waiting area, in a professional friendly way. Obviously, she got upset and talk loud in front of my customer calling me F&B words and just walk off, didn't even respond yes/no if she's coming back. Her cousins called me on a phone saying that she gonna bad-mouth me on my INSTAGRAM. And they did. The same complaint to Revdex.com & posted inappropriate languages calling me F&B words and tel people not to come to my salon. But never mentioned about her changing her baby diaper on the nail dryer in the salon waiting area & her kids wondering around unattended.

I have responded on social Network INSTAGRAM just to let people know to support my business and to understand about this situation. I have done this client nails only 3 times, always have done a good job with no complained. We fix free nails, but not all the times when you mess them up. Never have any fungus clients come from my salon. This client is in a professional field. Use common sense. What part of customer service do they don't understand? Myself & my staffs as a professional. We ant to keep this salon clean, sanitize and friendly relaxing environment for customer, not a daycare. I have refused services on this client & her cousin due to their inappropriate languages, how they handle this situation & their kids in my salon inconderiately.

I do not agree with this response at all. I dont have 4/5kids at all. I have 3 kids. She was not customer FRIENDLY at all and treated others with more respect and courtesy. I witnessed the differences in conversation. She been doing my nails for the past two months. I never gave her a reason to speak to me that way. I was a loyal customer, I paid everytime for my services and it was on a consistent basis. Nail owner was not professional at all. There were a couple of tines were I was not satisfied with my nails one of them times when my nail messed up in her nail salon. I went back to get it fixed the next day because she were about to close. Liar I gav never been. I kniw good customer service when I see it. Her posting inappropriate comments on her social network was not professional I jept a copy of those comments. Where she posted my workplace information. My kids was not in her shop running around and or touching things. If she had a isdue with children in her salon she should have displayed that to the public to make her customers aware. She not only lied about how many kids I have and she disrepected me. I know one client who went to her caught a nail fungus, they stated that that was the only nail salon they went to. I feel that she was not courteous or professional at all.
