Better .Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me and the matter has not been resolvedI called asked if I could come to get my nails fixed and whether I had to pay Billy told me noI got there, sat in Billy's seat and put stones back on the missing nailsA tip had completely come off and he asked if I want it fixed, I said yesHe put me to sit in another employee's seat, Maya, a very sweet and humble personShe inquired about my nails and I told her exactly what I wrote hereShe asked who did it and I said JennyShe foxed my right middle fingerAs she was fixing it, Jenny asked it's been three weeks rightI said yes, she said you don't want a full in, you need oneI said noIn my head is she serious? For the price I paid, I shouldn't even be in her shop until a month laterAs Maya was fixing my nails I asked if she could put glue on my right nails because all were about to or or the verge of popping offShe asked if I told Billy, I said I made him aware in previous conversation and textHe came over and quickly put glue on itTold her put glue, but the manner if which he acted was like, do what ever she wants so she can just get out of hereI'm not satisfied with the service nor the productHowever, I do thank Maya for her professionalism and hospitality Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I walked into the nail salon asked for a specific type of style of nails As a customer I asked multiple times what was the cost ? During the process No answer was given to meNo had to tell the tech to STOP and explain to me how much it would costHe did not seem to know the price kept asking me how much do I want to pay ? I explained dollars after that the teach told me it was for nails at the moment he completed nails and added extra services which he never asked if it was ok to doAt the end he told me itWAs I just paid the fee but I wNt them to know to docile rates and fees to customer before any service

I recently received services at this location
Jenny did my nails , and used MMA products which caused my nails to burn Prior to receiving services I specifically told her I was allergic to MMA
Then I received a pedicureThe first nail tech Ashley tried to use implements that weren't sanitized and when I called her out on it , she just wiped them with Alcohol
After I got upset , Jenny insisted her year old daughter proceedLets just say the worse pedicure ever I walked out if there bleeding , she cut me so bad especially with that rough bar they use to scrub the feet with
This place needs to go out of business, better yet have a decoy go in there to see how horrible and unsanitary it is

Review: On march [redacted] I arrived at Nails on 7th ave at 4:55pm for a 5pm appointment with Nail technician and [redacted] of the salon, [redacted]. She was eating and tending to another customer. There was a [redacted] man In the shop drinking a corona beer which is distasteful and professional. They also had a rated R movie, 50 Shades of Grey playing. When [redacted] finished at 6p she took another woman in. I told her I had a 5pm appointment, she said "EVERYBODY COME LATE IS NOT MY FAULT IM NOT GONNA ARGUE U CAN GO" I pay my hard earned money, I deserve better treatment and a better reply for a [redacted]. I don't deserve to be treated like trash. I waited over two hours and had to listen to her talk negatively about me to the customer she had in her chair. the other manager, her husband was cussing her out her calling her a "stupid [redacted]" and cursing about an employer that left early calling her a "stupid [redacted]" This is no way to conduct business. I didn't get an apology, a discount or anything. I waited a long time for that appointment, $70 spent for a botched job with rhinestones that fell off. At no point did she apologize.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my $70.00 refunded to me and an apology. I went to her despite some not so good [redacted] reviews because I believe everyone deserves a chance. Her lack of empathy, compassion, customer service skills really had me upset. I told her she could've at least sent me a text message telling me she was running behind. I want to be treated like a human being not discarded trash.
