Review: This is a complaint against a manicurist atNails Paradise [redacted] IrvineCA 92620. First complaint is the water in thetub for pedicures was extremely hot. Iburned my foot after I made the mistake ofthinking it would be just warm. The womanworking on my pedicure did not apologizeand simply said "it scared the crap out of youhuh". I was very upset but I decided to let itgo; however the next complaint I justcouldn't let go. After the woman cut one ofmy toes with the cuticle clipper, she tried tostop the bleeding for a few minutes and in adesperate attempt to stop the bleeding, shereached for super glue. I asked her kindly notto apply the super glue on my fresh woundbut did not listen to my request. She appliedthe super glue and told me "it's ok" likenothing ever happened. It is now the nextday and it looks like a slight infection isbeginning. I am so upset with thisestablishment and I am even more upset fornot saying anything at the time. I felt this wassomething that needed to be said in order forthem not to cut anyone else and add superglue to stop bleeding. I have pictures of mysuper glued wound if needed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and apology. I would also like for this establishment to stop using super glue for wounds especially after asked not to use it.
