Review: The nail shop has a sign that says 24 hour satisfaction guarantee and the shop did not honor that nor would he even fix my nail when I told him I will just pay him and he told me to get out of the shop all because I asked him to honor his advertisementDesired Settlement: For the shop to treat people/customers with the same respect that they have been given, As you may already know that certain cultures do not respect women or even honor what they have to say for this instance I do believe that this cultural issue is the sole reason for this dispute.

Review: I got a manicure and pedicure on 08/29/13. I got the shallac nail polish and paid $50.00. I noticed that two nails chip the next day. I was told that shallac would last a few weeks. Two days later, I went back to the salon to inform one of the ladies that did my pedicure that my fingernails were chipping. She pointed at a sign that said 24hr job guarantee. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said owner was on vacation. I told her that I needed my nails fixed and she said YOU PAY, with very broken English. She refused to fix my nails. No apology or acknowledgment that I told her that not even regular nail polish should chip as the shellac did. I never asked my money back because all I asked for was for my nails to be redone. I think that it is unfair, unprofessional and rude that they had such bad customer service and that she did not even volunteer to fix the nails that were ruined. Since this happened to me, I would hate to hear another individual getting ripped off in such a way. This is unacceptable and the fact that they have the right to charge you outrageous prices should be illegal. I just don't understand they are able to charge so much for a service that did not last as was promised to me. This was a treat to myself, but little did I know that I was just given them my money away. I would have much rather donated it to a non-profit organization, if would have known that it was going to be such a waste. In addition to this unpleasant experience. I am just thinking about how this entity is a rip off by lying to customers. Consequently, if they are doing this, who knows what they are doing behind the scenes like evading sales tax and complying with hygiene regulations.

I think that if they promised me that nails would last a few weeks, they should deliver their promise. I think that its unfortunate how these business owners could get away with so much and consumers have little options. Thank you for your time, understanding and cooperation on this matter.
