In November 2013, Sunik replaced my house roof at XXXX - XX AveThe job was completed efficiently, our site was cleaned upon completion of the job, and we have had no problemsThis morning, I noticed that the vent which sits on top of our roof chimney was leaning at a 45-degree angle, and I called Sunik to see if they could repair itI spoke with your front-line Customer person K, who said that it might be a roofing issue or a furnace issue, and also said that a Sunik truck would be in my area today and so I requested them to stop byWhen your crew arrived this afternoon, B immediately took a picture inside my chimney and showed me the damageThe aluminum flex-pipe running down from the chimney towards the furnace had separated and it would require a furnace/HVAC contractor to replace the pipe - something that Sunik is not certified to do
I immediately called K again to say that Sunik could not perform any of this repair, and to ask if the full service charge would applyShe checked with one of the Supervisors (L), and said that Sunik's charge would be totally waivedBelieve me, you have confirmed me as a lifetime Sunik customerI thoroughly appreciate this kind gesture, and kudos to you for giving your front-line and supervisory staff the discretion to make these adjustments when there are extenuating circumstancesI will continue to recommend Sunik to all in my community

this was a fantastic experience and anybody considering a quote for a roof has to get sunik to bid I didn't even get another quote as the professionalism that was given to me sold itprocess explained to me no pressure and I have the confidence that the company stands behind there work
my roof install was flawless other than the mix up on the delivery not the companies fault distributor messed up in my favor and I got to keep the up graded shingles at the agreed to pricethe roofing crew even asked when they accidentally broke one of my old Christmas light hooks that would have broke anyway
my roof was done in days and that was because I made a last minute change to the job again handled with great communication
do yourself a favor just hire them if there is an issue it will get fixed The experience is wonderful

Right from our first meeting with Bruce, we were impressed with how we were treated, and the attention Bruce gave to our requests and concerns. The job was done well and on time. They cleaned our yard and removed the garbage bin on the very next business day after the project was completed. The estimates for both our new shingles and eavestroughing were completely accurate. Sunik Roofing was more concerned with safety of both their staff and our property than the other companies we considered.

"Well, hubby did all the research, and there's a reason why Sunik came up so often in Revdex.com searches. Fast, professional -- and they *get it* that having your rood redone is disruptive and messy. They do their best to minimize the trauma to the house and people living in it. They were the best prepared of the three roofers we called for an estimate, had the best "presentation", and were the most professional. They submitted aerial photos of our house, showing us the damage and areas of wear. They gave us a list of houses nearby to go check out the various types and colors of roofs.They stuck to the price, the deadline, and they even schedule subsequent visits to make sure every nail and scrap of material is cleaned up. (Not all roofers are that conscientious: We've had neighbors get their roofs done with other companies, who have let the packing materials just drift all around the neighborhood.) It's not a purchase that people plan for (and it's not cheap!) but Sunik did a fantastic job, and we would easily recommend them without hesitation.
I hired Sunik to reroof our 20+ year old house and I couldn't be more pleased. They did a fantastic job! I work nights, and was worried about how I'd sleep with the work being done on the roof, but I needn't have worried. These guys are fast. They started Sunday and came back to finish up in a couple of hours Monday. No disruption at all. Most of the job was done when we were out of town on the weekend.
Another thing I must mention is the general cleanliness of the site. When we came back into town Sunday night, I had a look around, and if not for the tools and materials, I wouldn't have known work was going on.
For another plus, their people were very friendly, upbeat and easy to talk to.
When I started narrowing my choices down, I asked for references, which they provided, though, given their high rankings with the Revdex.com, HomeStars, and their consecutive customer satisfaction awards, I didn't call any. I'm happy to say the rankings and awards are well earned. I'm very happy to say I made the right choice in hiring Sunik. Our new roof looks great.
