In checking my bank records, I received only $55.00 from this client. Since her bank charged her twice, I recommend she dispute the charges with [redacted] I will send proof along with a copy of your letter. It is my understanding she has 60 days to dispute the charge with her bank....

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do on my end.
