I received this product in the mail damage. The product was in a box wrapped up by bubble wrap. So there is no way that the delivery services would had damaged it. I contact the owner for a refund and they refuse to talk to me.

The customer reached out to me ONCE via Instagram through a Dm. I have it posted several times that if you have issues with your order to email me. Never did she email me. I was on vacation when the young lady reached out to me and I still responded. I told her to put the nails on to show me where her nails were damaged. She put them on someone else's finger which indicated to me that she couldn't fit the nails(she ordered the wrong size) and wanted a refund.I also didn't see any damages to the nails and I told her this. She said she never asked for her money back as well. To this day the young lady hasn't sent the item back.
